The Secret of Mako Island

To help their friend Cleo get hired as a volunteer at the Dolphin City Oceanic Centre, Rikki, Emma and Lewis take her out free-diving off Mako Island, to see underwater wildlife in person! But when their motorboat's engine fails, they have to spend the night on the island: that night, when Rikki, Emma and Cleo are exploring the island, they fall into a mysterious cave.

Little Elliot gets his big sister Emma to enter the Grand Sand Sculpture contest with him. Meanwhile Cleo's day starts badly at the Oceanic Center: Mr. Lambert puts her in charge of the new intern — Miriam, the Mayor's daughter and high school pest! Miriam lives up to her reputation, and submits Cleo to a series of capricious outbursts. The injured turtle they are supposed to be monitoring escapes while the two teenagers are arguing, and swims out to sea. Our three mermaids mount a salvage operation that proves very risky…

The White Mermaid

During a scientific experiment conducted by Lewis out at sea, the three mermaids find a wooden statue of a white mermaid on the sea floor! Lewis discovers it’s the figurehead of a famous pirate galleon, the White Mermaid, which sank at sea without a trace! Rikki and Emma are thrilled, while Cleo is preoccupied by something else: who is the secret admirer who slipped a heart-shaped shell necklace into her pocket? Our three friends are visited in their dreams by the spirit of the White Mermaid, who demands they find the galleon and bring the wooden statue home. Meanwhile looters are also looking for the sunken ship and its gold, and they’ll stop at nothing. Time is running out!

Emma’s in a dilemma: handsome Byron has invited her to his birthday party on his uncle’s yacht… Her girlfriends tell her it’s no place for someone who transforms into a mermaid at the slightest drop of water. But Emma willfully goes along. Afraid she’ll do something silly, her girlfriends and Lewis join the party: and they have to invent a false shark alert to stop her diving into the sea with the other guests! What’s more, Miriam sets herself up as Emma’s rival for Byron, and taunts her pitilessly. Later, their underwater friend Bernie the hermit crab warns them of an approaching storm, but nobody believes them anymore. Caught in the wild storm, the yacht almost capsizes. Everything is now in the hands of the mermaids…

Mako Island Hotel

A grand holiday resort on Mako Island? Its idyllic slopes covered with concrete and the volcanic lake inside the mountain, where the mermaids first transformed, converted into a swimming pool? Only Zane’s father could have dreamed up such a development… But Emma, Cleo and Rikki aren’t going to let this happen! After failing to get Zane to talk his father out of the construction works, they take direct action. Lewis finds out from an old report that Mako volcano actually could become active again. During a full moon night, under the unpredictable influence of that watery planet, our three mermaids set out to frighten Zane and his father. Once the works are cancelled, everyone can enjoy Carlotta the jellyfish diva’s underwater concert that the development had so rudely interrupted.

The Mysterious Seaweed

Emma loses her mermaid nature and her powers after touching some mysterious blue seaweed. Remembering what it’s like being “normal” – she used to be a passionate swimmer – she rejoins the synchronized swimming team, which is preparing a show for the Summer Solstice Festival. She becomes distant from her two mermaid friends, but also develops some strange nervous ticks that put her in quite difficult situations. Lewis’ researches reveal they are secondary effects of the blue seaweed. Cleo and Rikki try to find the mysterious seaweed so Lewis can develop an antidote before Emma’s problems get worse…

It's in the Bag!

Episode 7

More and more plastic bags are polluting Dolphin City Bay, and the turtles mistake the bags for sea-sponges and suffocate on them. Our three mermaids, alerted by their friend Teddy the turtle, tackle the problem. After some unsuccessful attempts, they and Lewis decide to use stronger methods to stir up public opinion: they shoot a fake documentary with Teddy’s help, and Abby’s camera (editor of the high school blog). But their strategy attracts other dangers…

Dolphin City Triangle

Episode 8

In the aftermath of a violent storm, Dolphin City looks like a new Bermuda Triangle: boats mysteriously break down or sink in the bay. At the sight of hordes of journalists, the girls investigate, with Lewis' help. They find out that a lightning bolt from the storm has activated mysterious crystals whose magnetic field disrupts navigation equipment.

Poseidon's Daughter

When Emma, Cleo and Rikki find out two superstars — Brad Patinson and Scarlett Belladonna — are shooting a film in Dolphin City, directed by the famous Martin Fabiola, they try anything to get on the set. Luckily Zane has been hired by the production! Only Rikki prefers to approach the stars in her own way — underwater of course!

Murray and Burke are inconsolable: their pal Danny the octopus has disappeared! By chance, Cleo finds out that he's in fact been captured by the Oceanic Center, who are conducting scientific research. Murray puts pressure on the mermaids to get Danny out of there and bring him back to the sea. But Danny doesn't want to go home.

Why has a whale calf run aground on an isolated beach near Dolphin City? And what's causing the girls' migraines? Does it have anything to do with the dolphin twins' bizarre sickness? During their investigations the mermaids come across a strange fishing boat using illegal technology: an extremely low-frequency military radar device.

Jaws - ache!

Burke the hammerhead shark has broken a tooth. To sooth the pain, he has to come up for air at the surface regularly: but in so doing, he involuntarily shows his fin. Before long a panic wave runs through the citizens of Dolphin City, who think they've got a dangerous shark on their hands.

Rikki has to make up for her mistakes! Convinced that her father's new girlfriend, Cathy, is dishonest, Rikki sabotages the dinner in which her father tried to ask Cathy for her hand in marriage. To bring the estranged sweethearts back together, Rikki absolutely has to recover the lost engagement ring, which fell into the sea during that tumultuous dinner.

Cleo is down in the dumps: she might lose her job at the Oceanic Center, since she said she's allergic to water, to avoid getting wet in front of Mr. Lambert. Swimming out at sea, she wanders into a strange stone circle — suddenly she wishes she could forget all about this mermaid business. Her wish comes true.

It's Valentines Day! Lewis and Abby spend the day together like sweethearts. Cleo goes crazy with jealousy. She finds out that Lewis has promised to tell Abby a huge secret. The girls find some turtle eggs on Dolphin City beach: they are too fragile to move, so they take turns watching over them till they hatch. But that's not counting with Miriam and Zane — who are having a beach party! Meanwhile, underwater, Bernie, cannot bear all the noise and disruption his neighbors are making, and decides to leave his cave and go and stay elsewhere for a bit of a rest.

The Return of the White Mermaid

The White Mermaid is in danger! Her sanctuary, the sunken galleon of Edward the Cruel, is about to be discovered by Stanley Finch, the famous explorer. The girls decide to stop him, and make his boat take another course, towards the sinister underwater stone circle.

After being carried by a current into the underwater stone circle, Rikki is victim of a terrible spell: she cannot turn back into a human! To break the spell, she has to wait for the full moon -in three days' time!

The Bay prepares for a great excitement: there's soon to be the first great robotics competition organized by the Dolphin City University. The events will take place underwater, and Lewis wants badly to win first prize: enrolment in the Science Faculty! Unfortunately, Zane is also participating, and true to form, can only do it by cheating.

The Creature from the Bay

Emma's kid brother Elliott happened to see Rikki's mermaid tail in the water! He starts telling everyone he's seen a sea monster. To cover up, the girls and Lewis start building a fake monster, to make people think it was all a hoax. But it's too late — the whole town's out looking for the famous "Dolphin City Monster".

The Vandals are carrying out a nasty plan: they have enlisted a terrible horde of stinging jellyfish to sow terror in the Bay. But the mermaids aren't able to respond: Rikki grounded, wrongly accused of calling in a fire alarm at school, and Cleo has to help care for swimmers stung by the jellies.

The famous explorer Stanley Finch, is back in Dolphin City, with an amazing hi-tech mini-submarine. He's decided, this time, to find Edward the Cruel's sunken galleon. Lewis gets enrolled as Stanley's assistant in the little submarine, and tries to stop him. But he triggers an accident.
